Founded in 2013 and based in Albania, the Observatory for the Rights of Children and Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities, and sustainable community development. With extensive experience in implementing national and international projects, we work closely with public institutions, municipalities, schools, civil society organizations, businesses, and international partners to support children, youth, women, vulnerable families, NEETs, marginalized communities, persons with disabilities, and other groups at risk of social exclusion. Our multidisciplinary expertise enables us to design and deliver innovative, evidence-based, and sustainable solutions in the fields of education, employment, social protection, gender equality, community engagement, environmental sustainability, climate action, sustainable tourism, and public policy. Through our work, we contribute to strengthening local capacities, fostering inclusive economic development, promoting responsible management of natural and cultural resources, and building more resilient and inclusive communities.
