Migena Vallja is a graduated at the Ismail Qemali University in Vlora, General Infirmary branch in 2010- 2013 and she has finalized Professional Master in 2013- 2015 at the same University. She is committed voluntarily in various projects about protection of women’s rights and vulnerable groups, promoting civic participation of citizens, in the protection of children’s rights, the abused children and Roma communities in different areas of Fier region. She is Regional Expert of Observatory for Children’s Rights for the Region of Fier.
