Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar nga Observatori p\u00ebrmes<em> \u201cmonitorimit t\u00eb <\/em><em>vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore <\/em>t\u00eb Gjykatave t\u00eb Rretheve Gjyq\u00ebsore Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe Pogradec <em>p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2011 &#8211; 2016\u201d<\/em> dhe studimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre rasteve.<\/p>\n<p>Takimi mblodhi s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe komb\u00ebtare, ministrive t\u00eb ndryshme dhe institucioneve vart\u00ebse qendrore dhe lokale s\u00eb bashku me OJF-t\u00eb q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr garantimin e interesit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Disa nga Rekomandimet ligjore dhe praktik\u00ebn gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Raportit vler\u00ebsues jan\u00eb:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebn, mbajtja n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje e interesit t\u00eb t\u00eb miturit, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb konsiderata kryesore dhe ky kujdes i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nevojitet t\u00eb pasqyrohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebrmes analiz\u00ebs konkrete sipas rastit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e vendimit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vet\u00ebm i mituri q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb lidh\u00eb martes\u00eb n\u00ebn mosh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb legjitimohet aktivisht n\u00eb b\u00ebrjen e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Parim shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbahet n\u00ebn kontroll nga ana e gjykat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb autonomia e vullnetit t\u00eb t\u00eb miturit\/\u00ebs q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon leje p\u00ebr lidhjen e martes\u00ebs n\u00ebn mosh\u00eb. Gjithashtu, shum\u00eb nga sugjerimet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument, mund t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen edhe me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime ligjore.
