Me v\u00ebmendjen e UNICEF dhe Observatorit rasti \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar dhe ndjekur n\u00eb institucionet lokale t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit. Pas pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb stafit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb trajnime, workshope e aktivitete t\u00eb nism\u00ebs \u201c\u00c7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr parandalimin e braktisjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, aktualisht vajzat frekuentojn\u00eb rregullisht shkoll\u00ebn duke shfaqur nj\u00eb interes dhe d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. P\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar boshll\u00ebqet e krijuara nd\u00ebr vite, <em>shteti<\/em> garanton arsimimin p\u00ebr \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, <em>familjet <\/em>duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme p\u00ebr regjistrimin dhe frekuentimin e shkoll\u00ebs nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre q\u00eb n\u00eb ciklin \u201cgjenez\u00eb\u201d &#8211; n\u00eb parashkollor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Shkolla<\/em> nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm mekanizmi edukues, por edhe nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebs e koordinues q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur regjistrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe ndjekjen e saj n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi. M\u00ebsuesit jan\u00eb misionar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, me vizionin dhe frym\u00ebn e tyre, rr\u00ebnjosin edukimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nd\u00ebr breza. N\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij misioni, aktor\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm jan\u00eb edhe bashkia \/ nj\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative, policia, qendrat sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore etj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modeli i pun\u00ebs q\u00eb harmonizon komunikimin e gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve n\u00eb nivel vendor ndaj kauz\u00ebs s\u00eb regjistrimit n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor, \u00ebsht\u00eb nisma <strong><em>\u201c\u00c7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> Kjo nism\u00eb, e pilotuar n\u00eb Qarkun e Durr\u00ebsit, realizohet n\u00eb partneritet me UNICEF s\u00eb bashku me Observatorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve, me v\u00ebmendjen e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Sportit (MAS) dhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e gjith\u00eb strukturave vendore. Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb identifikimi dhe regjistrimi n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, pavar\u00ebsisht faktit n\u00ebse kan\u00eb lindur ose jo n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb, duke krijuar nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm jetese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb 5 janar 2015 u n\u00ebnshkrua <em>Urdhri i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i tri ministrive (U3M<\/em> &#8211; MAS, Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme (MPB) dhe Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb (MSh)<em>)<\/em> \u201cP\u00ebr identifikimin dhe regjistrimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor\u201d, me q\u00ebllim koordinimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrinstitucional p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar ndjekjen e shkoll\u00ebs nga \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb rezident\u00eb.
