Takimet u realizuan n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb nism\u00ebs <strong>\u201c\u00c7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d<\/strong>, me v\u00ebmendjen e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Sportit (MAS) dhe n\u00eb partneritet me UNICEF Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth nism\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nisma \u201c\u00c7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb Shkoll\u00eb\u201d po realizohet n\u00ebn v\u00ebmendjen e MAS, n\u00eb partneritet me UNICEF dhe po zbatohet nga Observatori. Kjo nism\u00eb ka filluar n\u00eb vitin 2013 me synim identifikimin dhe rregjistrimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb detyrimit shkollor si edhe parandalimin e braktisjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs nga ana e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik braktisjeje. Nisma synon ngritjen e mekanizmave t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb i mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn 9-vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zbatimi i Urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt 3 Ministror (U3M) \u201cP\u00ebr identifikimin dhe rregjistrimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor\u201d po pilotohet n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me grupin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj nisme, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Ministrive dhe institucioneve t\u00eb tjera, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur 10 shkolla 9- vje\u00e7are publike t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs (sipas ndarjes s\u00eb re administrative). Kriteret e p\u00ebrzgjedhjes u bazuan n\u00eb treguesit e kart\u00ebs s\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb secil\u00ebs shkoll\u00eb. N\u00eb 10 shkollat pilot n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs jan\u00eb intensifikuar p\u00ebrpjekjet dhe nd\u00ebrhyrjet p\u00ebr monitorimin e ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb U3M.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q\u00ebllimi i takimeve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takimet u realizuan me q\u00ebllim ecurin\u00eb e identifikimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve jasht\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe mobilizimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve lokal\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e Urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt 3 Ministror \u201cP\u00ebr identifikimin dhe rregjistrimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupet me t\u00eb cilat u zhvilluan takimet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takimet u zhvilluan n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me institucionet lokale n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drejtoria Arsimore Rajonale (DAR) Durr\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institucioni i Prefektit Durr\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Grupet e ve\u00e7anta<\/u> m\u00eb t\u00eb cilat u zhvilluan takimet jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Drejtues t\u00eb 10 shkollave pilot dhe shkollave t\u00eb tjera;<\/li>\n<li>M\u00ebsues t\u00eb 10 shkollave pilot dhe shkollave t\u00eb tjera;<\/li>\n<li>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb 10 shkollave pilot;<\/li>\n<li>Psikolog dhe punonj\u00ebs social\u00eb t\u00eb 10 shkollave pilot dhe shkollave t\u00eb tjera;<\/li>\n<li>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb ndryshme;<\/li>\n<li>Prind\u00ebr, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb 10 shkollave pilot;<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Institucioneve t\u00eb ndryshme lokale n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>Grupi i pun\u00ebs nga Ministrit\u00eb dhe institucionet vart\u00ebse p\u00ebr zbatimin e Urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt 3 Ministror.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takimet rezultuan me nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shpreh\u00ebn interes p\u00ebr mobilizimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb U3M.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Observatori p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve (Observatori) p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb muajve Shkurt- Prill 2016 realizoi takime, konsultime dhe debate me grupe t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar n\u00eb lidhje me ecurin\u00eb e identifikimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve jasht\u00eb shkolle.
