'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>22 Shtator 2015<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 N\u00eb prag t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ri shkollor 14 Shtator 2015 \u2013 Qershor 2016, zyra e Observatorit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga 12 zyra n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rajonet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke vler\u00ebsuar ecurin\u00eb dhe angazhimin e institucioneve arsimore p\u00ebr fillimin e vitit t\u00eb ri shkollor, evidenton disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dhe zgjidhje nga Institucione lokale dhe komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb funksion<strong> t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7do f\u00ebmije p\u00ebr t\u2019u arsimuar:<\/strong><br \/>\na) T\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet pajisja me \u00e7ertifikata personale, si nj\u00eb mjet i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr rregjistrimin e tyre n\u00eb ciklet shkollore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, familjet e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk kan\u00eb paguar taksat e tok\u00ebs, ku ky problem ndeshet m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb Qarkun Fier, nj\u00ebsin\u00eb administrative Mbrostar\/ Ura (ku jan\u00eb identifikuar <em>15 f\u00ebmij\u00eb<\/em> me k\u00ebt\u00eb problematik\u00eb para fillimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) T\u00eb leht\u00ebsohet pro\u00e7esi i rregjistrimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb parregjistruar rn\u00eb gjendjen civile, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb v\u00ebrtetimi q\u00eb f\u00ebmija \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pro\u00e7es rregjistrimi nga sh\u00ebrbimet e ndryshme ligjore n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<br \/>\nc) T\u00eb intensifikohen takimet n\u00eb komunitet me familjar\u00ebt p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e tyre q\u00eb t\u2019i vaksinojn\u00eb rregullisht f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr integrimin e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ciklet e shkoll\u00ebs.<br \/>\nd) T\u00eb krijohen leht\u00ebsira p\u00ebr kuot\u00ebn\/ shum\u00ebn monetare q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb familjar\u00ebt p\u00ebr rregjistrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb arsimin parashkollor, p\u00ebr familjet e varfra ose n\u00eb kushte ekstreme, si dhe grupeve t\u00eb tjera vulnerab\u00ebl (aft\u00ebsia e kufizuar, t\u00eb pakicave, etj), ku burimet e tyre financiare jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb limituara.<br \/>\ne) T\u00eb riciklohen tekstet e p\u00ebrdorura p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga familje t\u00eb varf\u00ebra dhe n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi ekonomike.<br \/>\nf) T\u00eb krijohen leht\u00ebsira p\u00ebr shkollat n\u00eb zona t\u00eb larg\u00ebta\/ t\u00eb thella, n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe transport p\u00ebr rritjen e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb frekuentimit t\u00eb cikleve arsimore nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, dhe n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Vendimit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e Fondeve publike p\u00ebr transportimin e punonj\u00ebsve arsimor\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nx\u00ebnwsve q\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendbanimit.<br \/>\ng) T\u00eb reduktohet numri i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve p\u00ebr klas\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrshtatur me d\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb standartit dhe n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb frekuentimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs dhe uljes s\u00eb braktisjes s\u00eb saj:<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.2 m2 p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin parashkollor,<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.4 m2 p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin e detyruar dhe<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 m2 p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin e mes\u00ebm.<br \/>\nh) T\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohen nd\u00ebrhyrjet n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e frekuentimit t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb detyruar, n\u00eb familjet dhe zonat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat shfaqet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr dukuria e braktisjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs rreth mosh\u00ebs 12 vje\u00e7are.<br \/>\ni) N\u00eb garantim t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb cdo f\u00ebmije, t\u00eb kihet n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb trajtimi i barabart\u00eb dhe profesional me cdo f\u00ebmij\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike, &#8211;
