Zana Kondi is specialized in social work at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences, branch Social Work in 1993. From 1993 -2012 she used to work in state institutions of central, regional and local like Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Social State Service and the municipality of Tirana. Long exsperience working in these institutions has made her an expert in the field of social issues in general covering social protection of vulnerable groups and social policies.She is dealt with different studies and projects of social field as well.During this period of work Zana Kondi has made a number of qualifications inside and outside country.From 2013 she started working at the Observatory for Children’ Rights as an expert on building relationships with central institutions, regional and local government making possible data collection and indicators that help create a clear picture of the situation of children’s rights. From November 2014 she works as an expert of the Observatory for the Tirana district office.
