Regana Hysenbelli has graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy in Finance and Accounting . She has been committed as volunteer in various projects about protection of children’s rights in different areas of Durrës region. She is Regional Expert of Observatory for Children’s Rights in Durrës since August 2015.
