Elona Mustafaraj is graduated in 2007 from Tirana University , Faculty of Social Sciences, in School and Organization Psychology profile . In 2013, she has completed a Master degree in Counseling Psychology. During these years she worked as Instructor of Social Operator, a psychologist at the Center for Rehabilitation of the Blind and different civil society projects. Since 2008 works as an assistant professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Educational Sciences at the “Alexander Xhuvani” University.
She is co-author of publications; “Social Operator”, “Guide for the implementation of the national strategy within the Roma Decade” and “Best practices of Community-Based Rehabilitation”.
Also has participated and referral several articles in national and international conference.
